- How long does it take?
Each house/ building will be different depending on its size and what services you are looking for. It is safe to plan for about 2-3 hours.
- Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, if you are unable to be at your house we can accept keys or you can hide a key somewhere outside and you can specify where we need to locate it.
- What if I am not satisfied with the services you provided?
We want every customer to be happy with our services. If for some reason you are not satisfied please call us within 24 hours and we will be happy to come back and fix the issue at no additional cost.
- What should I expect on my first visit?
We do provide a free estimate when we show up to your home/ building after being able to see its size and work that would need to be done. If you would like to use our services, we will start the cleaning process. This visit may take a little longer because we need to familiarize ourselves with the property and do a walk through to give an appropriate estimate.
- What is included in your services?
Each client will want something different and we are able to customize our services to what you are looking for.
*We don’t do laundry or dishes
*We don’t clean up animal feces
*We don’t do a deep clean on the carpet
- Who provides the supplies/ cleaning materials?
We will provide everything we need to ensure a spotless clean. If you would like us to use your products we can do so as well.
- Will I have the same maid each time?
Yes, you will have the same maid each time unless you ask us to switch.
- Will I be able to set a schedule or do I have to keep calling to schedule an appointment?
Yes, you will be able to set a specific schedule based on what works best for you. For example if you would like us to come every Monday at 11am we can do so and you do not have to call each week.
- What towns do you service?
Right now, we service Wayne County
- Can I get my home of office building cleaned on the evenings and weekends?
Yes, we can clean your home or office building on the evenings and weekends. This is by appointment only.
- What kind of payment options do you accept?
Cash, checks, and we will also have square (square allows you to pay by card)
